Dr. Prafull Brajprasad Mishra is a highly accomplished Urologist, Andrologist, and Kidney Transplant Specialist, known for his extensive experience in advanced urological surgeries and patient-centered care. With over a decade of clinical expertise, he has performed more than 5,000 stone surgeries, over 1,000 prostate and urethral procedures, and has been part of 200+ kidney transplant surgeries during his advanced training at the renowned Medanta – The Medicity, Gurgaon.

He completed his MBBS from RGMC, Thane, followed by MS from BJMC & Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad, and went on to earn his DNB in Urology from Medanta – The Medicity, Delhi, one of India’s leading centers for advanced urological and transplant care. This strong academic foundation has played a key role in shaping his clinical precision and surgical expertise.

Dr. Mishra currently serves as the Associate Professor and Head of Department (HOD), Urology at United Medicity, Prayagraj, where he leads the department with a focus on clinical excellence, ethical practice, and advanced patient care.

He specializes in the management of kidney stones, prostate disorders (BPH and prostate cancer), urethral strictures, recurrent urinary infections, male sexual dysfunction, and fertility-related concerns. He has successfully treated over 10,000 OPD patients presenting with UTIs, complicated infections, and urological conditions. His expertise also extends to urological cancers, reconstructive urology, female urology, and minimally invasive endoscopic procedures using fluoroscopy.

A dedicated academician, Dr. Mishra has authored more than 20 research publications in national and international journals and has presented papers, videos, and posters at prestigious platforms including USICON, NZUSICON, and several international workshops. He is widely respected for his clear communication, diagnostic accuracy, and compassionate, evidence-based approach to patient care.
